Most AI projects fail on coordination, not on models. So we kept the team small enough that there is nothing to coordinate: the people you meet are the people who write the code, and there is no bench to keep busy.
We take on a small number of projects at a time and finish them. When a project needs a skill we don't have, we tell you and bring in someone we've worked with before, at their rate.
